Some content on SnapNest may be private, while other content may be shared through direct links, gallery access, or QR codes.

You are responsible for configuring access appropriately and for understanding that:

  • links may be shared onward by recipients,
  • gallery access may be granted to invited or permitted users,
  • content uploaded to shared event spaces may be visible to others with access.

10. Face Recognition and Biometric-Style Processing

If face-recognition or image matching features are used, SnapNest may process image data to identify likely matches between photos and a submitted face image.

These features are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.

Where such functionality is used, the relevant user or organiser is responsible for ensuring that its use is lawful in their location and appropriate for the event or participants involved.

We may disable, restrict, or remove access to such features where needed for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.

  • resolving disputes,
  • meeting legal, tax, or compliance obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on account type, subscription status, event configuration, legal requirements, or deletion requests.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and using the platform responsibly.
