By accessing or using SnapNest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. About SnapNest

SnapNest is a creator support and subscription platform that allows creators to publish free and premium content, build communities, and receive support from followers and subscribers.

SnapNest is intended for lawful, professional, and appropriate creator content only. The platform does not allow adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material.

SnapNest is a general creator platform for safe, lawful, and appropriate content only. Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility

SnapNest is intended for lawful, respectful, and appropriate use only.

Because SnapNest operates under a strict no adult, no sexually explicit, and no inappropriate content policy, the platform is not intended for adult content services or adult entertainment activity of any kind.

By using SnapNest, you confirm that:

• you can lawfully use the platform in your country or region;
• any information you provide is accurate and complete;
• you will follow these Terms and all applicable laws;
• you will not upload, post, share, sell, promote, request, or distribute adult, explicit, sexual, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate material.

If you are under 18, you should only use the platform with appropriate parent, guardian, or responsible adult awareness where required by local law.

We may restrict or refuse access where necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

SnapNest may review creator accounts, content, pricing, activity, and payout eligibility to maintain platform quality, trust, and safety.

5. Strict Prohibited Content Policy

SnapNest operates a strict no adult and no inappropriate content policy.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• pornography or sexually explicit material;

• nudity intended for sexual gratification;

• adult services or escort-related content;

• fetish content or sexually suggestive exploitation;

• content involving minors in any inappropriate or sexualised context;

• obscene, offensive, or excessively graphic sexual material;

• content intended to sexualise, exploit, or endanger any person.

The following are also prohibited:

• illegal content of any kind;

• harassment, abuse, threats, or hate content;

• violent extremism or promotion of terrorism;

• self-harm promotion;

• misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content;

• intellectual property infringement;

• malware, spam, phishing, or harmful code;

• content that violates privacy, confidentiality, or applicable law.

Any content or account that breaches this policy may be removed or suspended immediately, with or without notice.

6. User Content and Responsibility

You remain responsible for all content you upload, publish, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through SnapNest.

By posting content on SnapNest, you confirm that:

• you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it;

• your content does not infringe the rights of others;

• your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws;

• your content is not prohibited, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful.

We may review, restrict, remove, demonetise, or disable access to content at our discretion where necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

7. Licence to Use Content

You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading or publishing content on SnapNest, you grant SnapNest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process your content for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, promoting, and providing the platform.

This licence is limited to operating and promoting the SnapNest service and ends within a reasonable period after content is removed, except where retention is required for legal, security, audit, backup, or enforcement purposes.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Subscribers may purchase recurring subscriptions or other permitted paid access options made available through the platform.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• billing may recur automatically unless cancelled;

• prices may vary by creator, membership level, or feature;

• you are responsible for providing valid payment details;

• failed or reversed payments may result in suspension or loss of access to paid content;

• taxes, fees, and processor charges may apply where relevant.

Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where SnapNest determines a refund is appropriate.

Creators are responsible for understanding any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, and financial compliance requirements related to their earnings.

9. Withdrawals and Creator Earnings

Where withdrawals or creator payouts are enabled, payouts are subject to:

• platform rules and payout thresholds;

• verification checks;

• fraud, risk, or compliance reviews;

• payment processor availability;

• withholding for disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or suspected abuse.

SnapNest may delay, hold, reverse, or cancel payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, policy breaches, suspicious activity, or legal obligations.

10. Platform Rules and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use SnapNest for unlawful or unauthorised purposes;

• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform;

• upload malicious code or disrupt platform performance;

• use automation, bots, or scripts to abuse features;

• misuse subscriptions, messaging, reporting, or creator tools;

• circumvent moderation, payment, or security systems;

• use the platform in a way that harms SnapNest, its users, or its reputation.

We reserve the right to implement usage limits, moderation tools, access restrictions, and technical safeguards at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, software, design elements, logos, systems, and non-user content made available by SnapNest are owned by or licensed to AuditLog Services and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of SnapNest except as expressly permitted by us or by law.

12. Reports, Complaints, and Enforcement

Users may report content, accounts, or conduct that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

SnapNest may investigate reports and may take action including:

• content removal;

• account warnings;

• temporary restrictions;

• demonetisation;

• payout holds;

• suspension;

• permanent account termination;

• reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities where necessary.

We may act with or without prior notice where immediate action is appropriate.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to SnapNest at any time if:

• you breach these Terms;

• your content or conduct creates legal, reputational, or safety risk;

• payment issues, fraud concerns, or abusive activity arise;

• we are required to do so for legal or operational reasons.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after termination, including those relating to payments, liability, intellectual property, enforcement, and legal rights.

14. Third-Party Services

SnapNest may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, analytics, communications, security, media delivery, or other platform operations.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, tools, or policies. Your use of such services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Availability and Service Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of SnapNest at any time, including features, pricing structures, creator tools, access methods, or support arrangements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to any feature or content.

16. Disclaimers

SnapNest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free service;

• that the platform will always be secure or free from bugs;

• that creator earnings, subscriber growth, or business outcomes will meet expectations;

• that all content posted by users will be accurate, lawful, or suitable.

Users access and use the platform at their own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuditLog Services and SnapNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or loss-based damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, content, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the use of the platform.

Our total liability in connection with your use of SnapNest will not exceed the amount paid by you to SnapNest in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100 GBP, whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuditLog Services, SnapNest, and their affiliates, officers, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs arising out of:

• your content;

• your breach of these Terms;

• your misuse of the platform;

• your violation of any law or third-party rights.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted on the platform unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of SnapNest after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
